How long is the program?
Our core program runs for 8 weeks with weekly 60-minute coaching sessions. Starting September 17th, 9 AM PST/12 PM EST. We also offer extended support packages and alumni networking opportunities to continue your growth beyond the initial program.
What is included in the career coaching program?
Our program includes eight 60-minute coaching sessions on resume and LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, networking, and access to our community of women in STEM. You'll also create personalized career development plans and receive ongoing support throughout your journey.
Do I need to take an assessment?
While you do not need to take an assessment, we recommend using assessments to gain deeper insights into your strengths, motivating factors, and preferred work styles. This is why we offer a Premium package including the LINC Personality Profiler and a 90 minunte 1:1 session to debrief your results.
Are sessions conducted in-person or virtually?
While we offered in-person events in the past, this cohort of LevelUp in STEM is virtual only to accommodate different schedules and preferences throughout the US.
Is this program only for women currently working in STEM?
No, we welcome women at all career stages - from recent graduates seeking their first STEM role to experienced professionals looking to advance or transition within STEM fields. We also support women returning to STEM after career breaks.
Can you help with transitions between STEM fields?
Absolutely. Many of our clients successfully transition between STEM roles or disciplines. We help identify transferable skills and create strategic plans for moving into new areas like transitioning from academic research to industry or from engineering to data science.
How do you address the unique challenges women face in STEM?
We focus on building confidence, developing leadership skills, navigating workplace dynamics, overcoming imposter syndrome, and creating strategies for advancement in male-dominated environments. Our coaches understand the specific barriers women encounter in STEM careers.
What is the cost of the program?
Our 8-week core program is $499.- with payment plan options available. We offer a premium package that includes a Linc Personality Profiler (LPP) assessment and debrief. We also offer limited scholarships for underrepresented groups in STEM.
