I share my evolution on this topic and my thoughts about why we need to stop propagating the celebration of mental load in motherhood. I believe that we have it in us to change the dynamic and let go of being the"perfect mom" who does it all. If we can't do it for ourselves, let's at least do it for our children, so they can grow up in a more equitable society.
